Born in 1954,a native of Qu County, Sichuan province, Professor Tian,Xudong obtained her Ph.D. degree in history from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences As a tutor of doctorate candidate in Northwest University, she also is a director member of the Association of Chinese Pre-Qin History, Chinese Qin-Han History, and the Research Association of “The Art of war”. Tian Xudong has long Been engaged in teaching and research of ancient Chinese history and culture. She has published many books and papers on her research interests such as “Ideological Trends of Ancient-Chinese-History-Research in 21st century”, ”Eighteen Discourses on History and Culture of Zhou Qin Han and Tang Dynasty”,”Discussion on Ancient Chinese Military Culture”,”Annotation on Ideologies of Sun Tzu ”.
