Dr. LIU, Lei Was Born in October 1980 in Linyi City Of Shandong Province, China. In June 2009, He Graduated From School of History and Culture, Shaanxi Normal University, and received his Doctor’s Degree in History. And from then on, he worked as a Lecturer in Northwest University. Now he is an associate professor in School of History of Northwest University, and his main research and teaching fields are the World Modern History and American History.
In the Past Several Years, He has Chaired 3 Social Science Fund Projects, Including National Social Science Fund Projects: A Study on the U.S. Congressional Intelligence Oversight Mechanism(13XSS009), and the Social Science Fund Project of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China: A Study on the Oversight of U.S. Congress to Covert Actions (11XJC770003). In additional, he has participated in other 2 Social Science Fund Projects. Meanwhile, he has published dozens of articles, most of which are appeared in Core Journals Such As: the Journal of Huazhong Normal University (Humanities and Social Sciences), Journal of Northwest University (Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition), the Journal of Humanities and History Teaching.
